Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud or unlawful surveillance.
• Interference with communications networks or attempts to bypass security or usage controls.
• Malware, unauthorised system access or harmful activity.
• Unlawful bulk communications or abusive traffic.
• Commercial resale without written permission.
• Any use that threatens customers, the service or an underlying network.

Protective action

We may reasonably investigate, suspend or restrict a service where necessary to prevent harm, protect security, comply with law or respond to suspected misuse. Where lawful and reasonably practical, we will explain the action taken.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for activity carried out through your eSIM and for keeping order and activation details secure. Contact support promptly if you believe those details have been compromised.
