Refund Policy
An eSIM is a digital telecommunications product that can be issued and activated shortly after payment. Refund eligibility therefore depends on its delivery, activation and usage status, as well as applicable consumer law.
When we may provide a refund
- The eSIM has not been activated or used.
- We cannot deliver the eSIM you purchased.
- The service materially fails to work as described and reasonable troubleshooting does not resolve it.
- We supplied the wrong product.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund.
When a refund may be declined
- The eSIM has been activated or substantially used.
- The wrong destination or plan was selected by the customer.
- The device is incompatible, unsupported or network locked.
- Installation or device settings were incorrect, or the eSIM was deleted after installation.
- The activation period expired because the customer did not activate in time.
- The service is no longer required after activation or use.
- The issue is outside our reasonable control and the service otherwise matches the purchase.
Before requesting a refund
Contact ATravelSIM Support before deleting the eSIM. We may ask for your order number, device model, destination, screenshots, eSIM status and relevant network settings so we can diagnose the issue and offer a suitable fix.
Digital supply and statutory rights
Once digital content is supplied or service begins, cancellation rights may be affected to the extent permitted by law. This policy does not limit statutory remedies for a service that is not provided with the standard required by applicable law.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the financial institution handling the payment.
