Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of ATravelSIM eSIM plans, top-ups, websites and related services. By purchasing, installing, activating or using a service, you agree to them.
1. Our service
ATravelSIM supplies prepaid digital eSIM plans for compatible, network-unlocked devices. The plan page and checkout show the data allowance, validity, coverage and price that form part of your purchase.
2. Device compatibility
You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM, is network unlocked and supports the destination concerned. Compatibility can depend on the model, operating system and device configuration.
Do not delete an installed eSIM unless ATravelSIM Support asks you to. Some profiles cannot be installed again after deletion.
3. Activation and validity
Activation may begin on installation, first connection to a supported network, a stated date, or another rule shown before purchase. Unused data expires when the stated validity period ends unless the plan says otherwise.
4. Coverage and performance
Mobile coverage and performance vary by location, device, local network conditions, congestion, maintenance and regulation. Unless a plan expressly says otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular network, continuous 4G or 5G, a particular speed, or coverage at every location.
5. Prices and payment
The checkout price applies to the transaction, including any mandatory taxes shown there, except where there is an obvious pricing error. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. Complete card numbers and security codes are not stored by ATravelSIM.
6. Your responsibilities
Follow the installation instructions and configure your device correctly. We are not responsible for charges from another SIM or eSIM caused by leaving roaming or mobile-data settings incorrectly configured, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Fair use and top-ups
Unlimited or high-data plans may include network management or fair-use limits disclosed with the plan. Eligible eSIMs may support top-ups, whose coverage, validity and activation rules can differ from the original plan.
8. Fraud and misuse
We may reasonably suspend, restrict or cancel a service to investigate suspected fraud, a payment dispute, unlawful use, a security threat, unauthorised resale, breach of these terms, or a legal requirement.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost business or profit, unsupported devices, customer configuration errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Where the law permits, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. Updates will not remove rights already acquired from a completed purchase where the law prevents this. These terms are governed by the law that applies to ATravelSIM and the customer under mandatory consumer-protection rules.
